How do I renew my annual plan?

If you’ve purchased one of our annual plans and after 12 months, you received an email to renew it, you can easily do so directly through your account 30 days before (in Events tab) and 60 days after the expiration date (in Billing info).

You can review the annual plans we offer here.
  1. Log in to access your account
  2. Click your profile menu in the top-right corner
  3. Select Organization settings
  4. Click Billing to renew your plan
