Follow these steps to renew your licence:
- Log in to your Slido account
- If you are a part of multiple Slido organizations, make sure you chose the one you want to manage (e.g. "Testing organization")
- In the top right menu, choose "Billing"
- Click "Renew subscription"
- Review your billing info, plan and a number of additional users
When can I renew the licence?
The "Renew subscription" button is available 60 days before the expiry date and remains visible up to 60 days after the expiration. If you missed this period and wish to extend your licence, please reach out to us at email@example.com .
