Invite participants to your event

Using the event link or QR code, your participants will get instant access to the event. This can be useful for crowdsourcing questions or poll votes before your meeting, event, class, or webinar starts. Go to the Share button to easily copy your event link or download the QR code.

During the dates you set up for your event, the audience can use the event code (starting with #) to join Slido.

To copy the event link or download a QR code:

  1. Log in to your Slido account and select your event
  2. Navigate to the Share button in the upper right corner
  3. Select your option

💡 If you need somebody to help you moderate questions or activate polls, you can share access to your event with them. This feature is available in Pro, Premium, Corporate, Enterprise, Teacher, and Institution plans.

You can paste the event link, QR code, or event code into your calendar invitation, include it in your email or post it to your team messaging app such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.
