Setting up Prezi integration with SlidesDrive

We are glad that you decided to use our SlidesDrive application to manage your presentations and integrate them with Slido. This application not only enables you to switch seamlessly between your Prezi presentations, but also to use PPTs, video files or YouTube links.

If you were using our previous integration, it is very important to say that this integration does not enable you to choose on which slide your polls will be automatically enabled. Unfortunately you need to do that manually either from your administration screen or SlidesDrive Windows application.

Using SlidesDrive on Windows

You can easily manage all your files from one computer and switch between Prezi Presentation and Polls, or Questions.

Get the app here:

1.Once you open the app, log in with your Slido account details and select your event:

2.As soon as you log in, you can upload your first Prezi Presentation:
You can enter your Prezi link, prepare Polls  or even add other files (PPTs, videos etc). After you add your Prezi and prepare Polls, you can arrange them (drag and drop) in the correct order right in the application, simply drag and drop the items.

3.You can easily start the slideshow by clicking the play icon

When you have everything prepared, run your Prezi and activate the polls or other content when you want to. Your Prezi would launch automatically in fullscreen. Your clicker would work the same way as if you were presenting from Prezi. To switch between the files and polls, click the “play” button and the file will be seamlessly launched.

4.In the live view on the right side, you can monitor what is being currently shown live on the presentation screen.

Questions tab

In the Questions tab, you can filter the incoming questions so only the relevant or appropriate ones appear on the presentation screen.

To display questions on the presentation screen, simply click the green button Show questions in the top right corner.

Make sure that your display is set as extended.

Use the shortcut: Windows button + P and select “Extend”

Go to Control Panel -> Display -> Screen Resolution and select Extend these displays.
